      Hi,

      Interesting question!

      We practice some operations on dead animals. So when an animal dies we sometimes keep their bodies in a freezer to stop them from rotting, then when we want to practice we can take them out and defrost them!

      We also have to practice on real animals, but we always have an experienced vet watching to make sure nothing goes wrong!
