Question: do you think you can improve on your work

Hi weemannottz, really good question, definitely I think I can always improve on my work and this is what I try to do – usually I find when I’ve done an experiment that has answered one of my questions, it throws up lots more questions that I want to answer. Also a big part of my work is helping companies to improve the way they make medicines but this has to change and develop as science progresses and we know more. In turn I have to improve my techniques and ways I’m able to help companies. That’s why I look at new prototype robots, new ways of measuring and looking at things (e.g. check out my glowing bioreactor on my profile page) and new ways we can apply statistics and maths to help get more information from what I do
