Hi twinpower, one of my best discoveries was the glowing bioreactor because it was live imaging so the bioreactor (complex cell growth chamber) came to life by glowing in real time – see the pic on my profile page – I was also able to show some glowing cells inside the bioreactor. This was the first time anyone had ever used this type of imaging to look inside complicated bioreactors.
