      Cool question!

One of the most dangerous chemicals to the body is a poison called cyanide (say it like sigh-an-ide). A very small amount can kill very quickly.

You shouldn’t worry though, you can’t find cyanide just lying about, so you aren’t in danger.

Not sure about exactly the most dangerous, but the element caesium is pretty incredible. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caesium

It explodes if it gets wet.

Batrachotoxin is one of the most potent chemical poisons known. Its the toxin used in poison darts made from frogs, the frogs don’t make the poison themselves but produce it from eating melyrid beetles. These frogs live in Central & South America and not many people are in the habit of making poison darts anymore so we’re safe. Great question.
